Best place ever to have repairs done! Professional, Honest, great people to deal with.!!!!!!!

Seltzer pull up on the left and checked the transmission, clutch, brakes, engine oil leaks and the condition of the frame and metal support structures. In less than an hour, they came up with a full report on all the repairs that would be needed and even took me out in the shop to point each of them out too. Most of what they found I would not have. The repairs other than the frame and metal support structure was going to be over $2,500. Silzer saved me from buying a vehicle that would of had me spending far more then it was worth.

Car had been having on and off again problems, and while it would not duplicate in the shop, the guys at Silzer said next time it acts up, call and we will try to send someone over (since I live very close) and check it out then. Few months passed with no issue when boom, it did it. They were able to have someone out, and check it out. Were able to confirm the problem (which is what they'd thought might be the issue before, and was the same thing I was thinking) and get it going and take it to the shop. They called to give me an estimate which was in line with what I'd researched, and had a time frame for repair. Considering it wasn't scheduled, it was amazing that they got me in then and were able to get it done right away. Backing up a few steps, in the whole process of figuring out what was wrong, they never once made me feel silly or stupid as I described what I'd been noticing, or acted like I was blowing the issue out proportion (since it would happen, then a few hours later be fine). They took me seriously and were courteous and very professional.

They were fine and we would recommend them to others. We spent under $1200 for a lot of front end work. I think that they require more of a specialized mechanic and we did have to take it back because they did not do something right. They were very professional and good about that and I would recommend them because of that. They realized that they did something wrong and I thought that their price was reasonable. I called them and asked if they worked on Volvos and they said they did, I wish they had said no, but it was alright because they corrected the problem. They were also good about calling us. We would use them again for our American car.

Their prices are very reasonable. They do excellent work. When he says he's going to have it done, he'll have it done. I can usually get in within a week, the same week, when I call. He's even out of the way, on the other side of town, but I still will continue to go to him.
