The price was average. It's the first HE I've ever had. I'm not crazy about HE, but I guess the quality is ok. We looked around a lot. They came right up to us, and then we looked around for a while. They delivered it within a couple of days.

They always have a pretty good idea of how long it will take to do a repair, and they call you on your cell phone when the work is completed. If they need a part they don't have in stock, they seem to get it delivered in a very short amount of time. I always ask for Warren Hall. He is the mechanic I go there for, and is a long term employee there. I am always confident of his work, and he does not sell me stuff I don't need.

They didn’t put braces where they should have when redoing the sink and we lost a few dishes. They compensated us for those though.

I am not happy with them. I called to ask them how many times it had to break before they would give me a new one. They said they won't give me a new one and that it has to break 4 or 5 times within a year before they will replace it. It broke twice in 6 months. Now I have to drive all the way back there and they said they are going to keep it a month to fix the same thing. I felt like they didn't honestly care that I have to keep driving all the way across town to bring them a vacuum that should have worked in the first place. It is covered by the warranty, which is a 5 year warranty. After this warranty expires I won’t use them again.

They were punctual for the job. They were very efficient and completed the job as committed. The quality of the job was very good. The job was carried out in a very neat and tidy manner. I liked their services a lot and will continue to use them in future.

What i got was the total. What i got from the salesman was that if i signed up immediately that i would get a 500$ coupon. I am the second person on the list. I have his cell phone number. I can not believe that sears is envolved with this, but instead of getting a labor breakdown on windows, i got another total. Over 700$ per window. There are basically seven windows.
