The day began with 30 mph gusts. He taped the house by the deck with plastic. Most of it held but some of it did not withstand the wind so some of the product used to seal the wood got onto the house. In trying to clean the deck and remove previous stain with a power washer, he actually caused some damage to the wood which he had to sand it. The sanding job he did was not done to all the spindles and the ones he did do were not done to my liking. They remained rough & splintered. Plus the power washing or sanding did not remove all the stain from the spindles. We were told that it would eventually peel off. It has been two months & the stain is still running out from under the railings. In addition we also had paid to have the garage floor cleaned and sealed, which he was also doing the same day. It had to be redone on a different day again because the first try was his first time doing garage floor sealing. the sealant was very uneven, it also spilled out onto the driveway & stained it. Which would not come off even when he used the power washer on it. Both times I had to empty my garage contents onto the driveway even though the owner (Beverly) of the company said he would empty the garage. I felt bad for him because he was the only person doing the work I believe that should have had 2 people. Beverly Evans, President of the company knowns we were not happy with the results of the deck, but I still had to pay the full amount. When power washing wood, care should be taken not to damage the wood. The garage floor was done okay the second time but should have been done correctly the first time. Having one person do both processes in one day should not happen as both are an all day process. In fairness to Beverly, she did come out to inspect the job done on tne deck and the floor and said it would be corrected. But how can you correct damage that cannot be undone.

Deck treatment is 3 years old and doesn't look any better than it did before they treated it. They give you a 25 year warranty which is a worthless piece of paper. Now they say that it should be power washed every 2 years which is what I was doing before I spent over $900.00 for their treatment. They looked at it and said it looks fine. Their definition of "fine" is lot different then mine. I would not recommend this treatment to my worst enemy.
