The construction project went well, with no complaints from us. Jack Sawyers did a great job of scheduling the crews to complete the work on the project. He always kept us informed about schedules, etc. The construction crews were prompt and courteous and did a good job of seeing that their work intruded as little as possible into our lives. In the middle of the project, we changed some plans regarding the tub and shower. Jack and his plumber adapted the new plans to the construction very effectively. Jack himself did the finish work in the basement, which included custom built bookshelves and cabinets across one wall of the family room. The bookshelves look fantastic and really add to the room. Although we did not put in a wet bar at this time, Jack suggested that we run the plumbing lines in the wall, which would reduce the cost if we choose to put in a wet bar at a later date. Good planning.
