In this housing market, I guess I wasn't too surprised that my house appraised for less than I had paid for it. It's an older home that needs work. So I was very pleased to find Mr. Wright who helped me look at my situation and systematically make a few changes/repairs that allowed me to sell for a better price.

I searched for the house I wanted and had no luck. Then Mr. Wright helped me find the perfect one. It needed some repair, and after I bought it Mr. Wright helped me get the house in shape to move in. I can not imagine I now have a beautiful house at a price I could actually afford. I didn't walk into the repairs blind. I obtained three estimates on each job, and Mr. Wright came in about a third lower than the other two. He is a very kind and capable man. I will call only him in the future if I need more work done...or (I don't think it will ever happen) if I decide to move away from this lovely home.
