We hired this company to replace a part of our siding that had water damage and to paint the exterior of our house. The project manager, Steve, was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. They were able to start working on our house within a couple of weeks, which was a very nice surprise. Well, we were told that the workers would do prep work like scraping, sanding, and washing the house before they start painting; however, it was evident that that did not happen because when we walked around to inspect after they were "done", we could see that they had painted over bird poop and spider webs, missed some spots, clearly did not scrape off the old paint that had peeled on one side of the house, and we had to pick up nails, tape, etc. left in our yard by the workers. Steve had the workers come back to do touch ups, but they still missed some spots. Then he had them come back out again to scrape off & repaint the side with the obvious peeling paint and to once again do touch ups. Well, they still missed some of the spots that needed touch up, but at this point we've decided to do our own touch ups. In regards to the siding replacement, we got some rain water coming in where they had replaced the siding. Turns out there was a hole and the workers did not do a good/thorough job with the siding. Example, there are 4+ spots where you could see into the wall, which you shouldn’t be able to. In addition, there are still some spots that were not painted. In conclusion, we will NOT be using this company again and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
