He showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was already spraying the exterior by the time I realized he was here. He was very knowledgable about the areas that insects could enter the house and what I should caulk to prevent their entry. Inside the house, he sprayed the wall areas of the storeroom for the ants. He also got a ladder and found the carpenter ant nest. He sprayed it and said he would call in a couple of days to see if we found any more ants. (He called first thing Monday morning to see if we found any live ants.) I had seen a couple, so he said to wait a couple more days and call him if we wanted him to do another spray (at no charge to us). We had seen a couple more, so called Jeff on Wednesday (28th) morning. He was there at 1:30 as he stated, and treated the nest again.
I'm writing the review 1) because he is very professional and knows his stuff; 2) he showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would; 3) he came back and treated the area again at no charge and was prompt about it; 4) he is courteous and very good at what he does. I will definitely calll him again for any pest problem and recommend him to my friends.

I have been using them for years. I moved in 3 different houses and have gotten them. They're nice people and nice to deal with. One time I had some roofers and they told me there was a bee's nest in my landscape timbers. I called the pest control, they came out, and I didn't even know it, they came and sprayed, got rid of the bees, and I believe they stung some of the roofers. Jeff inherited the business from Andy, he came out, and sprayed my house. The cat was in as I let it in, in the winter. He called me, told me he got some spray on the cat, so he gave it a bath, and dried it. That is going beyond the call of duty. I give them high ratings and will use them in the future.
