Real Estate Service
Prudential Associates Realty has been very good for us. We have used her for the past 12 years. She is very professional and her first priority is what do we want and what are we looking for and she is always trying to make sure that what is going to fit our needs, that she looks for things that would cover the situations that we would have. We bought a home with her last year and matter of fact, my wife and her put bids on 4 houses in one day. She is out not to make a sale, she is out to make a home for buyers. She is always on the look out and tells us of anything that she may find. She helped us sell a house by ourselves without using a realtor. She did the paper work and we sold it.
