 + -1 moreI chose to do some repairs on my own and hold off on some of the others that I wanted done. I will be happy to work with PHI in the future on other repairs. I am holding onto the quotes that were provided to me.
Description of Work: Chuck came in and provided me with suggestions and quotes for the remodeling and repairs that I had requested. He also gave me tips on things that I could do own my own which was much appreciated.

 + 0 moreIt started with a deck. I had several people come out, as I wanted a deck that would not leak down below. My idea was to put in an outdoor kitchen. No one came up with a viable solution. Several months later, Chuck called me back and told me he had researched a new product that he thought I might like. I did like it and I was impressed with his follow up. One project led to another. I love them all! Bathrooms are beautiful, outdoor kitchen functional and fun, kitchen is a dream, etc, etc. I did not have one problem. During this whole process, I had a beloved pet die, and his crew spent hours helping me. I will never forget their kindness. Most important their workmanship is the best!
Description of Work: I can not express in words how great this company has been to work with! Chuck Utter and his crew are detailed orientated, and their work is a piece of art. I have had them remodel two bathrooms, a kitchen, a lower level, and put in an out door kitchen, and a unique deck. I could not be happier. I do not think they are particularly inexpensive, but I think they are honest and fair. They have given me ideas that I have implemented and been thrilled with. I do not think I could ever use another contractor after working with this company! They always went above and beyond, and as I would think of new things, they were always willing to make changes. The several projects I have done have been over the last few years, and we have just finished. I am going to miss working with them!
