We'd experienced one or two bats in the house over the years. The Premier Pest Services employee spent a long time with our family asking questions and did an equally thorough job surveying the house (inside and out). They returned to do some work on the house last fall as well. And we have not seen or heard anything from our furry flying housemates ... but a month ago, we were moving some things out of the house, and a bat snuck back into the house with us. We called Premier Pest and they were able to visit the next day -- at no cost -- to take care of the bat. The worker also rechecked the house and left us a few glue traps (just in case). Still no signs of the bats inside. We are VERY pleased with their services and employees and highly recommend this business!

They are attentive, and they are sensitive on how people feel about termites in their house. They know that it is a big concern for people. I do not have much to compare their pricing to, but their quote and the service they were to provide is great.

We were very happy with them, their price was competitive and their quality was excellent, they fixed our problem. They were very punctual, they were here when they said they'd be and they actually finished early. They are a very talented, very down to earth company. These are real people, they understood that we had a pretty serious problem, and they even empathized with us a little bit about it, I can't say enough good things about these people. I usually don't rate people excellent, but I felt very good about these people and their work.
