Looking for a rental toe kick saw to cut vinyl flooring away from cabinets, under the toe kick, was very frustrating. There is only one company as far as I know, that makes the saw. Multiple rental companies did not have it. I finally asked one of the rental companies for a suggestion, and they said "Try Porter's." Sure enough Porter's had it, ready to go, with a brand new blade. They did give it to me with the wrong size blade, so I had to go back once, right away, and get the correct blade, but they had it. We rented that saw twice. It made the job of removing old flooring so much easier. They are located more than 10 miles from my house - it's a bit of a journey when time and gas are precious. Later, I needed concrete wall anchors of a certain type & diameter. No luck anywhere until I decided to try Porter's. They had multiple copies in multiple sizes. I was really impressed.
