no problem with quality, but the cost was never really discussed. This was a referral from my bathroom remodeler and I felt he charged whatever he thought he could get away with. I should have asked for a detailed itemization prior to any work but it is the situation where they don't really know the labor cost until they are into the job. Anyway feel very taken advantage of and in the future Ill get outside bids for all my future work and not rely on somebody else s recommendation on who to use.

I've used them before, they were recommended to me by the plumbing supply in town. The owner pays attention to whatever is being done, even if he is not the one doing the work, he checks on how his workers are doing. He is just wonderful, and so is his general demeanor about everything. He is dedicated to what he does. He doesn't keep jacking his prices up. I would continue to use him in the future.
