Appointment for the estimate went very well, I arrived at the specified time, and the estimate was done right away. Made an appointment for the repair to be done and was given a time when the work would be completed. Everything went as planned and the estimate was right on target. I can't tell where the repair was done - it looks good as new. Brian is easy to work with and very good at estimating the time needed to make the repairs. I will definitely go back if I need auto body repair work again.

It was done exactly on time and it was beautiful. Everything turned out great and we would tell others if they need any body work they should probably go to Brian. I don't know much about the pricing and the way that works but I know I have taken my truck to another place on time and it was more costly. With the big dealers that is if I have a Chevrolet and I take it to a Chevrolet dealer they generally cost more.

He goes out of his way to make sure paint jobs match. He is very timely. He used to be the boss for another body shop, but has been at Pleasant Hill for about 9 years. He is straight up honest with you. He is just a really good guy.

The people are pleasant. They seemed to be honest about the work they did and they did a good job. They had missed a spot and they have told us that we can go back to them anytime and get that fixed at our convenience. The paint was nice. It matched the color that was already there. The quality of work was good. My husband has a classic car and lot of the parts of that car is discontinued, so Pleasant Hill Auto Body Inc. found the part that the car needed and they fixed the car. They are really good to work with. They are going to be doing my Porsche sooner or later. I would use their service in the future too.
