I knew I needed a water heater soon anyway so he replaced it at a cost of 1100 (State brand and 6 year warranty). . He did not know how much of that was the water heater cost although he picked it up himself. I declined to have my pipes switched since there wasn't anything wrong with them. He tried to double bill me for the labor. Overall he was there for 7 hours. I looked at the waterheater lying in the driveway and the legs were rusted but the bottom wasn't. He did not haul it away so that was an additional $35.00. I feel gouged and I think he was just looking for as many problem as possible
