Old World Masonry

I hired this contractor to do work and coordinate the remodel of my home. He personally refinished the hardwood which I now realize was way over priced only for it to peel all over in 6 months. Company would not communicate with me despite many attempts to make this right. There was no final walk through and details were ignored. I have yet for this to be acknowledged by this.company. My estimate below is ONLY for the floors he redid.

There was no final walk through so details were left unfinished. This work was done around a year ago and the hardwood I paid over 5k for to be refinished is peeling ALL OVER in various spots- no moisture involved. It looks as if laquer was slathered on the floor and is now peeling. I contacted the owner who is also the one who personally did the floors with NO RESPONSE. nothing!!! Nobody even contacted me to discuss my concerns nor came to look at the floor. I paid this company a lot of money only to be treated as if I no longer exist when I only want them to be professional and make their work right. It looks like I paid too much for a crap job at "refinishing" the floors.

The estimates we received were insanely expensive and we're projecting weeks and about 2 weeks of work.  Eric's team got it all finished in 2-3 days and the end result was amazing.  The house passed all inspections with flying colors and eventually sold with no issues.

Excellent. We requested several changes to the tile and he was very flexible. Made it easy for us to make the changes. Very professional. Was timely with his work.

It looked brand new when they were done. Other contractors said they couldn't do it. They showed up everyday and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very polite. I would definitely hire again. Thanks guys.

I called him about some water damage around my tub and he gave options to have it re tiled with the same style or to upgrade to a more decorative tile. The new tile looks great, no leaks around my tub now, and he also cleaned the grout on the bathroom floor. He stayed in contact me with me about when he was going to be here and progress on the job. 10/10 will use again for my next project!
