I left messages a couple of times to have them out to make repairs, but they never returned my calls. I wish we had gone with American Fencing which was a cheaper bid to begin with, they would have at least backed up their work.
Fence was not installed until the end of August, partially due to weather. Had to call many times and no timeline was given. Fence was installed in two quick days--6' Cedar privacy fence. The fence looked great--very consistent and professional-looking.
As always, there were some issues:
1. Timeline - Fence was installed a month behind schedule (understandable due to weather).
2. Clean up - Lots of nails and chunks of concrete/dirt left in the yard. Killed a lot of grass. Chunks of dirt and sod were thrown (poorly) under our deck.
3. Gaps - Many small (4-5") gaps along the bottom. Our dogs are coming close to getting out. I'm not a fence person, so I'm not sure if this is normal.
4. Payment - Major issue here. As expected, half the payment was requested at the time we signed the contract. It wasn't until 2 1/2 months later that work started. The fence was completed and then Rich left a voicemail to schedule a time to come look at it. I called back, left a message, and he never returned my call. Two weeks later we got the bill (on a Monday). We sent payment on Thursday. On Saturday morning, 9/17, Rich called and left a voicemail message stating "it's been over 30 days since installation" and "if payment isn't received in ten days, it will be turned over to our attorney". When I called, he was rude and dismissive, despite my attempts to be polite.
This was a great experience until the end. But to try to stay objective, I'll finish by leaving my top to pros and cons:
Pro #1: Fence was finished in two days.
Pro #2: Least expensive bid.
Con #1: Poor customer service (possibly?) due to poor bookkeeping.
Con #2: Construction crew did not clean up and killed a lot of grass.
