+ -1 moreCosts vary depending on amount of snow. When they are really busy, it can take them several hours to arrive after the snow has stopped, but they do try to get there in a timely way. They always beat the city plows to my street, and in addition to plowing my drive, move some of the snow in front of it so that I can get out. Once they arrive, they work quickly and do a good job. They are responsive to customer requests.
