Magic Jack

I placed my order and got a confirmation number, I have yet to receive the equipment used for the service. I was unable to find a phone number for them and haven't been able to reach a representative. I just want the jack.

My Magic Jack arrived only a couple of days after I ordered it. I had no problems installing it. Then the honeymoon was over. Below are some of the problems I encountered:People calling me from cell phones would get a message saying I was unavailable. While talking with someone, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Every time you dial a number, you have to use the area code. I was instructed to "upgrade" almost every time I encountered any difficulties. Even after going through this process, the problem still remained. There is no number to contact Magic Jack. I put the toll free 411 number down for Magic Jack to get Angie's List to accept my submission because there is no number to call Magic Jack. You can only look up your problems from a list of FAQ's on their website or have a live chat with a rep. The funny thing is is that when the cable company came out to install a phone line for me, both techs told me they were considering getting a Magic Jack until I told them about all the problems I had with it. I even offered to give them my Magic Jack, but they didn't want one anymore!
