Wilmer was a good communicator and prompt. In the estimate, he did a great job of explaining options and setting expectations. Price was right. It’s nice to see a young guy starting up a business the right way - customer service and hard work.

He did the job well. When there were changes to the scope he explained how to do more repairs and we agreed on the new price, no surprises. The weather was headed into winter but his crew came on the two warm days and finished the painting and caulking.
