We have been satisfied and repeat customers. He is very professional and work is completed quickly. His employees are clean and I was comfortable with them in my home. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

I called Mr Phi for an estimate when I needed the above jobs done as I had good experience with his work before. His estimate was good, so I was not concerned to give him 1/2 the estimated job cost when I signed the contract on May 2. Then I didn't hear from him for almost 2 weeks, and I got worried. I called him on Friday May 13 and left a message, no response that day or all weekend, so I called him again on Monday, May 15, when he said that he'd be there that afternoon! Since I work 2nd shift, that isn't really ideal, but I checked when I got home, and work had been started, and progressed quickly the rest of the week, finishing on the 18th while I was at work. Mr. Phi came by on the 19th for final payment.
