Contractor Jeff Johnson did not replace over 200ft of Ice and water barrier and metal roof edge. which was on the proposal. Roof leaked in kitchen ceiling in February, now have found 2 more leaks in living room ceiling. He advertises he is bonded. When I asked him for proof. He said he has no insurance. Too expensive. Filed complaint with BBB. Contractor then said would repair by replacing bottom 3ft of roof edge. Week he was to do repair, never showed up or contacted me. Now says not going repair it. Says take him to court. Beware of this contractor.

He is reliable and very affordable too because the previous company that worked on my roof charged me double the ammount he did. He shows up in the time he is supposed to and also finishes the work in the time he tells us he is going to. He finished the work in around two days and came back to clean up. He also produces good quality work.
