We had Chris with home maintenance Service complete a bid on our home repairs. He was quick to respond, and provided a comprehensive bid and quote. We had Chris and crew begin work on 1/30. Unfortunately our 100 year old home, and some unexpected water damage made the job bigger than anticipated. They kept us informed along the way, and explained all issues to us. Our porch "facelift" ended up a full replacement, Because the original framing was rotting away. They were willing to work late, and come back on a Saturday in the rain to finish the job for us. With a toddler in the house, this was a huge relief to have this done
We had Chris back to continue repairs on our window. However, work started 5 hours after expected start time due to other jobs/issues? Not really sure. He was apologetic. We will be finishing sanding and painting on our own. Window job not finished to our expectation.

*foam insulation left/stained carpet
*carpet ripped up from under trim, but not put back
*drywall not flush with wall (too shallow depth)
*baseboards cracked in removal and not repaired
