Combined repairs total $942.00 Said had to charge $100 EXTRA to get car there and back (2nd repair)I am SUPER High Risk). I stated I lived 10 min away Owner then said $50 I had to OK. Paid received receipt later WAS CHARGED $100 for transport

I like them a lot. The service went fine. They are very polite. They are very fair priced. They will call you when they are done with your car. They get your car done at the time they say they will. I have been going there for five years.

They were very helpful. Since this is my only car they got it in immediately and figured out what all was wrong and gave me an written estimate within an hour. They explained all the issues in detail and showed me the problems. I gave them the go ahead to fix everything and they had it done by the end of the day. I will go back to them again and highly recommend them to others.

They are very reasonable and very personal. After those many years, you do develop a relationship but I was still surprised to have received a condolence card when my mother passed. They are like part of the family.

I have been going to them for the last 22 years and they are good. They tell you how much it's going to be exactly and if anything additional needs to be done, they will call me and take my permission. The only drawback is that they stick to basic services and do not indulge in the new technology.

I have been going there for over 10 years. I do my oil changes there every time I need it and for my wife's car too. They are excellent people. I continued to go there even when I went to another town. We bought our house 5 years ago and we are about three blocks from Hickman Auto. So, it's really convenient. I used to stay 25 miles away before and I still took it there. They are small and they have only got like two bays. You have to schedule appointments, but I get excellent service from them. I probably spent $35 last time for an oil change. It is a little family company and they are all very nice. I have never had to take my car back there after they fixed something. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
