The project ultimately took more work and required an additional implementation of a humidification system as well as some customization.  James was very responsive and generous with his time and the cost of the additional work.    The system still requires tweaks from time to time and James continues to follow up with us. Where most contractors would have quit, James and Hall stuck with us. We are grateful. Quite simply, If we hadn't hired Hall Plumbing, we would have been out of business.

I was always running out of hot water really quickly. Hall Plumbing came out drained my hot water heater, had to cut my water softener line to get to the heating element. Fixed my hot water heater and repaired my water softener line. The guy was quick, efficient, and explained exactly what he had to do and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Hall Plumbing around 6pm to see when they would be able to come out and take a look at my toilet. The owner said they would be out first thing in the morning around 8am. The service tech was on time and very friendly. It only took them an hour to remove the stool and replace the wax ring and put the stool back together. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing something done with their plumbing!
