I called Ron on a Thursday and he came out the very next morning. He arrived on time. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair job looks great, and if you weren't looking for the seam you would never know there was a piece replaced! Once the new carpet gets some wear, it will blend seamlessly and no one will be the wiser.

Ron restretched carpets in our bedroom, hallway and bathroom where they had puffed up.  He was on time, moved the heavy furniture and left the rooms neat.  We were pleased with his work.

Chose this vendor after finding him on a web search and a look-up on Angie's List. Only 2 reviews but website looked professional. Was a little dismayed when he didn't show up to estimate after initial contact. But he called next day and apologized and came out that day and gave me an estimate and scheduled the work just two working days later. Showed up right on time. My carpet is older and had developed numerous and quot;speed bumpsand quot;, stretched areas. Work was quick with aid of his helper and I'm quite pleased with the result. I've given and quot;B'sand quot; simply because I've never had this type of work done before so don't have other experience to compare to. But I'm happy with result.

He is very professional. We had to move our appointment because something else was delayed in coming in but he was okay with it. So he was flexible and willing to change the date without any hassle or any issues. He was very clean. He is very good. He gives instructions on how to care and maintain your carpet to get the best out of it. He has the best quality for the same price from other companies.

Professional and courteous. Installed carpet. looks great. seams are invisible. stairway had many two inch spindles over 12 steps and looks solid. .When discovered damaged carpet, he returned carpet to home improvements store for home owner which expedited the reorder of carpet. He promptly set up a time to return. Homeowner picked up the carpet. Ron removed old carpet and patched mat. Work was completed in one work day. Would highly recommend to others.
