I found the business on another website and submitted an email to speak to someone. I was called at 8 am in the morning, I thought this was a bit early. On, the phone the man, I believe owner or manager, said he was going to draw up a contract of the agreement and get one out to me. I never received one. The amount I remember being quoted was $40/month, but I was billed $40/ shoveling. Since I did not have a copy of the agreement I had nothing to back up anything. I also did not know when exactly the shoveling would begin, since I was waiting for a contract, they just showed up.
Description of Work: My driveway was plowed and sidewalks shoveled.

FIRST OF ALL, LET ME SAY ON BEHALF OF GOLD DOME BUILDINGS IT IS ALWASYS OR GOAL TO ACHEIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY! AND IN MOST CASES WE DO EVERY THING IN OUR POWER TO ACHEIVE JOB ONE SATISFACTION. WE JUST WERE NOT GIVEN THE CHANCE IN THIS CASE. IF THIS COMPANY CHARGED A 1 TIME FEE FOR OUR SERVICE PER MONTH WE WOULD GO BROKE WHEN IT SNOWS MANY TIMES TROUGHOUT THE WINTER. SOME WINTER MONTHS IT DONT SNOW AT ALL, IMAGGINE THE BAD RAP WE WOULD TAKE FOR BILLING FOR SOMETHING WE DID NOT DO! THIS CASE WAS BILLED FOR 2 SNOW EVENTS IN FEB. 2008 AND 1 SNOW IN MAR. 2008. THIS CUSTOMER PAID FOR TWO SNOW EVENTS, SHE RECEIVED SERVICE FOR THREE IN TWO MONTHS TIME. I GUESS IN HER MIND SHE PAID FOR WHAT SHE AGREED TO, (TWO MONTHS SERVICE) I MY MIND SHE DID NOT PAY TOO MUCH, SHE PAID WHAT SHE AGREED TO. OK WE CAN LIVE WITH THAT, BUT WHAT WE CANT AGREE ON IS A "B" RATING ON QUALITY, WE HAVE AND MAINTAIN THE BEST EQUIPMENT IN THE BUSSINESS AND EMPLOY HARD WORKING, QUALITY MINDED PEAPLE WHO ARE NOT AFFRAID OF A LOT OF HARD WORK ALL NIGHT LONG SO FOLKS CAN GIT OUT OF THEIR DRIVEWAYS IN THE MORNING! IF THIS WAS THE WRONG THING TO, WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS BY THE CUSTOMER. IT WOULD TAKE MANY HOURS TO REVEIW ALL THE BUSSINESS WE RECEIVED THROUGH SERVICE MAGIC, AND I HAVE NEVER SENT A CONTRACT TO ANY OF THEM (JUST A BILL) AND OF ALL OF THEM THIS IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE HAD. IN SUMMARY I SUPPOSE IF A CONTRACT IS WHAT YOU NEED, WE WILL ABLIGE YOUR NEEDS TO GIT THE JOB DONE. PRIDE RUNS DEEP HERE AND WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE GIT IT DONE FRAME OF MIND NO MATER WHAT!!!
