Garage Service
The subcontractors were excellent. I had a special design element which this incorporated marvelously. It's a unique setting that we have & this company really helped us get what we wanted.
They've been around for a long time. The structure is built in doors & then shipped to & erected. It only took a day & a half to erect it. It was about $10,000 less than stick-building the same structure. You get to pick your details like colors for the siding. They very meticulous at making sure it's perfect for what you need. One of the good things is that it doesn't look brand new, but blends in with rest property as if it had always been there.

Garage Service
This was our first time dealing with a contractor. We wish we had investigated more options, especially with someone located locally. This company prefabs garages in Omaha, NE and they do a pretty good job. Ron, the salesperson, was very nice and as helpful as possible. It seemed difficult to coordinate the project and to get the correct matching siding, roof shingles, door type, etc.. There was also confusion with the city ordinances... about some of the construction needs and even location from the property line. We suffered a longer wait and more communication hassle. The workers did a decent job for the first half of the project, but as the day wore on they got a little sloppy. The access door wasn't installed very well. Mark, the owner, finally made a trip from Omaha, NE to fix the door and add some structure support wood. Two handymen were sub-contracted to put up drywall on the south firewall and they did a very average job... plus it took them over three hours to put up 24 feet of drywall.
