If you need flooring, they're great, but when it comes to the other products, not so much. Overall, they don't know their products and they don't know the installation methods used for them, as well. We had so many mess ups with the products. They ended up taking out the tiles we had chosen for the countertops because they ruined so many and they couldn't order any more, they quit making that tile. They gave us the impression that they knew how the installation was to be done, yet they didn't. They did make sure we were happy, though.
