When I first bought my vehicle, I purchased the lifetime alignment package offered by Firestone. The last time I went to have my alignment done, I was told I needed new tie rods. I took my vehicle to my own mechanic to have it checked and was told my tie rods were fine. My husband had a similar experience with ball joints some years back. He was told he needed new ball joints. He has a friend who is a mechanic on the side. The friend came over and helped my husband do the replacement. When they got in there, they found the ball joints were just fine.

They were responsive but there was a time that they didn't do what I asked them to do.

I set an appointment online and they got back to me quickly to let me know the time and date I wanted was available. Additionally the online site immediately took me to a coupon page where I was able to get a coupon for the work I wanted. Upon arriving I was greated warmly, given a comfortable place to sit and wait for my car. The mechanics and other workers were very friendly, seemed happy to be there and would chat with you if they had a moment. One lady was in a big hurry and they worked diligently to get her car back to her while not neglecting their other clients. When my service was complete it was priced as marked, there were no problems with my coupon. It was explained that my tire pressure light would be on but should shut off within a few minutes of driving, which it did. The inside of my car had no dirty marks or stains which I have experienced with other shops quite frequently. I took a long road trip immediately after the service and there have been no problems. I am very satisfied with the service I have received.

We found the tires online and with a phone call they held the tires for my husband that evening. They let us know that there were additional deals available for them (that were not listed on website) that we would not have been aware of which was amazing. They took quite a while for the tire installation but they also scraped the rust off the brakes for free and did a wonderful job. They were very pleasant and easy to work with.
