They went out of their way to get the tires I needed delivered and put them on while I waited. Tracy even gave me the registration card for them incase of recall. No high pressure sales like most tire places to buy road hazard either! Awesome!

Responded politely and promptly to my inquiries regarding replacement tire. Also gave me good quality for the price. Fit me in bright and early on the next business day. I showed up half an hour late to the appointment, but they made no hay of it and still got me in right away. Professional experience all the way around.

These guys are fantastic. They go above and beyond to give good service and their prices are very fair. They stand behind their work and products. Lots of extras (free rotations, minor repairs, etc.) I purchased an initial set of tires from them because they stocked special Cooper Tires and some other high-quality brands. They installed the tires, have rotated them (no charge), have made repairs on two damaged wheels (at no charge), and have given me good advice. When one tire was damaged by a pothole and needed to be replaced, they gave me the option of a very similar almost-new tire for $50 or a new one for $200. Since I'm trading the car in soon, I opted for the used tire. When I had a flat two weeks later, they took care of it immediately and apologized even though it was not their fault. Everyone there is nice, respectful, polite, and efficient. I never wait more than 30 minutes even during rush times and with no appointment.
