First, they were quite difficult to get in touch with.  We persisted because someone we trusted had already gotten an estimate from them for us.  There were some weather issues with scheduling.  They'd give us a time-frame, and it would pass without a call from them.
We were just about to give up, when they finally made it out.  Unfortunately, they apparently didn't know to keep an eye on the forecast, because after they seeded, we got rain that washed much of the seed away.  They assured us that they'd take care of us, but then said they couldn't hydro-seed once the grass was up (even when it isn't in the bare areas?).  Them "taking care" included an offer to bring some seed for those areas, and instructions for follow-up care that we could do ourselves.  They promised to bring that the following Monday.  Tomorrow, that will have been two weeks ago.
They argued that they couldn't have known it would rain 3 inches, but we learned from reading after-the-fact, that some hydro-seeders seed in the rain and it all depends on the material they put the seed down with whether it sticks or not.
I cannot recommend them to anyone.
