It went great! I had called around and was told it was going to be a few days to a week before anyone can come. Des Moines Heating & Cooling LLC got back to me the same day I called and were at my house early afternoon the next day. Craig explained what was wrong and gave me a fair price and had my unit working right away. Will definitely use this business again.

Craig did a fantastic job in promptly communicating with me, meeting me at the property, providing a reasonable bid and scheduling the job very quickly. His crew were courtesy and friendly and got the job done in one day as promised. At 1:30 this morning the blower motor went out in my house. After calling 5 other (so called) 24 hour companies Des Moines Heading and Cooling showed up at 3 am and got my furnace up and running again. They did a great job in the middle of the night and i really appreciate it!

I had a service call in the middle of the night, it was so cold! Craig came to my home at 2:35 am leaving his family at home to help me. My grandkids were here and I thought we were going to have to get a hotel but craig saved us from having to be separated from the family. This company was terrific to work with in late 2010 when they installed a new Lennox heat exchange unit for us, and over the next couple of years they were prompt and helpful in keeping up our maintenance plan with them. Since then it's been a disaster. We have called multiple times over several years, asking them to re-start that service (which seemed to have lagged), and have been given apologies - stating that a former employee had embezzled funds, that customer records had been deleted or lost, and other things. We were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, however they have NEVER called back, have given these reasons over at least 2 years (shouldn't something have gotten better by now), and have simply left us hanging. We wanted to stick with them, but it's gone on too long and we're just done.

December 2013 had Craig Beveridge and his workers from Des Moines Heating and Cooling replace a 25 year old Lenox pulse furnace with a brand new Lenox furnace for a total cost of $1900. Best price and deal in town and a great professional installation.
Furnace worked flawlessly until now when it is almost three years old, so called Craig and he came right out at 3pm and by 430pm he had the problem diagnosed and fixed, minor repair, the part was free under warranty and he only charged me $84 for an hour and a half of labor...So for a furnace that has worked flawlessly for almost three years with a minor part failure I have paid a grand total of $1984....Des Moines Heating and Cooling LLC, Professional Work, Great Prices,,,Best Deal in Town!!!
