I had three electricians come out (two from Angie's List) and Chad from CW Electric, who was recommended by a friend. After reviewing all three quotes, CW Electric and another company had very similar quotes and since Chad at CW Electric was recommended by a friend, I decided to use him. Originally, he thought it might take around 2 days to do everything and that electricity might be out for 2-3 hours while he changed the electrical panel. However, he brought an apprentice and it only took them one day and electricity was out for less time than expected. They worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after everything they did.
The next day, I noticed that my refrigerator seemed to have shut off, so I called Chad to ask him what to do. He told me that I needed to reset the new GFCI outlet and that the way it was wired all three kitchen outlets and the refrigerator were on the same circuit. I was fine with that and just hit reset, which fixed the problem. But Chad said he wanted to come out again and put them on separate circuits to make sure I wouldn't keep having that problem. He came out within two hours and in a few minutes had fixed the problem. Everything is working great now!
I would definitely use CW Electric again.
