"The member that wrote this review has never had a water softener equipment installed in his home by our company. The member that wrote this review was disgruntled that one of our employees chose not to buy heating and air conditioning equipment from the company that he works for. He then decided to post a negative review even though he, personally, had NEVER purchased water softening equipment from us for his home. This review should be removed and the member should be restricted from further postings on Angies List as his integrity has been compromised."
