Cross Carpet Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! if you have any alergies, asmathic, or sensitive to air cleaners, fresheners etc. they spayed some kind of "freshener on my carpet" i had a reaction to it told them and they didnt want to come back and reclean the carpet. jeff stated they sprayed it in the air. OUT RIGHT LIED TO ME!! i use to clean for a living. they sprayed it on the carpet had to have my windows open ceiling fans full blast all of my air purifiers on max for 2 days and it still didnt clear the stink! had to call posion center and basicly had to put baking soda all over my carpets and brush it in so carptes are no longer clean

They were very punctual, friendly and did a great job.

Jeff and Tyler were spot on time. They assessed the situation, determined their plan of action and got right to it. We had moved most of the furniture out of the room - except for the fusball table. Jeff assured me they would move it aside, clean the spot where it was sitting, and move it right back on little protective feet. It took them less than an hour - shampooed and raked/fluffed. They were both pleasant/charming without being over-chatty. They left everything just right - not soggy, no water spots on the pool table legs, in short: lovely. I couldn't be happier. VERY reasonable price, too!

His name is Jeff Cross. This is the sixth year we've used them and they do excellent work. We have dogs and they have managed to get all the muddy paw prints and heavy traffic areas every time. We could find somebody less expensive but they are worth the extra few dollars. We call them every time. They are super prompt. We've called them and had them come out of the blue the next day; that's how receptive they have been.

He is excellent and we have used him for a number of years. We use him every year. He is dependable and reasonable. He gives you a quote and doesn't try to do the add ons such as scotch guarding. His price is your price. He has taken rugs to his place and cleaned them. He also does laid carpet. We had new carpet put in a couple of years ago, so he didn't have to do as much this past year. We will probably use him again this summer.

I have used them before, and I am always pleased and satisfied with their work. Their quality of work is excellent. The pricing was very reasonable.
