This company was excellent from start to finish. The woman I initially spoke with was attentive and kind, and Wade, the service man, came out promptly, gave me a detailed explanation of the work he would be doing, what I could expect, and details about upcoming follow-up. Everything happened on schedule and as promised. The trap was left up over several weeks, Wade came to check on schedule, and even though nothing was caught I haven't heard the raccoon since. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, trap caught woodchuck in a couple days and they came and took it away.

I have had two services trying to treat for the mice. Earlier I had an annual contract with exclusion, with another pest control company whom I used for the mice control service. It was a great and wonderful experience with them. They had found a hole, which they covered with a mesh in the ground as to keep the mice out but they started coming in again after a little time. By then my annual contract with them had expired and I didn't want to pay another $400 to sign up for another year, for them to come out to do the same thing again. So I called Critter Control; who came out and charged me around $200 for their service. They didn't guarantee that no mice would come in for a year. I showed him all the mice holes that the previous pest control company had pointed out and then he just put some foam on the outside of all them and covered it. Hopefully I won't be getting any more mice.
