Would not use Contractors Plumbing again. While the work was fine, when I'm told there will be no charge because the piece they originally put in a brand new house less than 3 years ago was defective and he was taking it back to the shop, that is what I expect--no charge. I don't expect a bill just a few days later and the office response, it's out of warranty and up to the worker to relay the info. Absolutely no compassion or empathy by their office staff. Yes I am going to pay the bill, I pay my bills. I know I won't use them in the future as they are not trust worthy to back up what they say. I fully had expected to pay for the service because of course when you call them, the first thing after they look up your house is to say it's out of warranty. I would have been ok with that but not being lied.

This company is awesome. Quick response, quote and job completed quickly. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves. Price was very reasonable. Definitely will call them next time something needs done

I would use them in the future. The response time to coming to my house took too long, but they did get here when they said they would. Their prices are a little too high.

The line that connects our house to the water main developed a leak beneath the city street, and Des Moines Water Works informed us that we would need to replace the line at our expense.  We called many, many plumbers and contractors to get estimates to have this work performed, and nearly had a nervous breakdown at some of the quotes that came back ($15,000, $12,000, etc).
Contractors Plumbing came out, took a look at the situation, and quoted us a cost of just under $5,300, which was nearly half the lowest estimate that the second-cheapest plumber provided.  This estimate included the cost to dig up the street, repair the line to the main, and bore a new line to up to our house.  They also replaced a few things inside of the house that they thought the local City Building Inspector would take issue with, to save us the trouble of having to go through making another plumbing appointment.
They had the water turned back on late afternoon the day that they began the repair, and were professional and polite to us the entire time.  They were amazing to deal with, and coordinated with the local water utility and city inspectors once they began the project.  If we have any other plumbing issues in the future, our first call will definitely be to Contractors Plumbing!

They were reliable and they stand behind their work. I purchased a tub from them and the price included the product. They were very professional and I would use them again.
