Mike is very friendly and easy going. He's always willing to accommodate the customer as far as how you want your yard mowed, whether you want weed trimming to be done etc. He asks about any plants/flowers in your yard before mowing so he doesn't mow something the customer may not want to have mowed. Overall, he does a good job.
