The maintenance man did not hose down the AC unit (always done previously with the spring cleaning) and I dont know if he did anything else out there other than look at it.
He flicked the switch on the humidifier, looked at the outside of the furnace and looked at the first filter. ( I clean the first filter every month). He did nothing else. Said the green lights was only on (1) or (2) and did not need cleaning.
Previously, they would pull out all filters and clean/wash. And spent some time looking at the different aspects.
I expect to get what I pay for, not being rushed through to get done.
I won't be using them again
