They did a good job. When I first moved here, they were very helpful. They took off my old license plate and put on my new license plate, all without charge. They have been very helpful. They are certainly reasonable. I can't even think of how much I paid. The communication was good. They talked to me before they did anything with the car. After they serviced the car, they would come out and talk to you about what they did and what they saw. And when the car was all set to go, they would present the bill. It was good. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

They suggested new brake pads while they had the rears apart.  I said OK since the price they quoted ($275.00) was in line with what I expected for 1 set of brake pads + labor.  I could have done it myself, but I was there and the quoted price was fair.  I got the car back and paid.  The noise was gone and they consistently treat me with respect.

On two other occasions I have gone in to have free alignment checks.  Both times they said there was nothing out of line, and no charge.  So far, this store has given me only good, quality service.

I went into car x for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was under the impression that it wouldn't be more than $30 (they had a special going on online and it was like $25. After leaving my car, i get a call about an hour later and they let me know everything that was going with my car and what needed done (to convince me to get new tires, replace the entire car, the usual) and when I asked what the total was, they said it was going to be almost $70. needless to say that was a surprise i\I'm not going to risk getting again.

I had been in previously having tie rods replaced along with other work at Car-X. I was driving down a busy road, during rush hour, when a tie rod broke. My car came to a screeching halt. I had the car towed to the shop and when I called the following day I was told that the problem was caused by Car-X and that they had taken care of the entire bill, including the tow, and my car would be completely ready when I got off work. They were extremely kind, apologetic, and professional. I never had to "pull teeth" I simply called to get an update and the gentleman on the phone immediately confirmed the fault was theirs and that they were taking care of it.
Due to his prompt and honest response I wish I could return to Car-X but the fact that their mistake made my car come to a fast and screeching halt because one of the tires was facing sideways, makes me unable to return. Everyone makes mistakes and I expect no company to ever be perfect. However, this happened to me on a busy street during rush hour and I watched multiple people almost slam into the back of my car. This mistake was too dangerous. I could have been on the busy interstate, I could have been hit. Luckily I was not. So while I appreciate their professionalism, and their promptness, I will not be back.

My vehicle was in serious need of repair and I took it to Car-X. The first call to schedule to the time I picked up the car was the best experience I have ever had. The guys at the shop, most especially Ron, whom I dealt with a majority of the time, are extremely courteous! Ron kept me updated all day on the cost of the repairs, exactly what he was doing and why, and about how long it would take to get it done. When I got there to pick up my car it wasn't quite done yet, it still needed a test drive, so Ron gave me two $20.00 gift cards even though I didn't say anything about being late. I was so impressed that Ron didn't offer an excuse at all, just apologized and offered the gift cards. When I got my car back, only 10 minutes after I was told I would get it, it was in perfect working order. I have driven it for the last week, including one long trip and I am happy to say the car is perfect! I will be taking my vehicle back there for all future service. I have never been so impressed with a repair place!
