Excavation, Landscaping
We were getting leaks in our basement and detached garage due to the grade of the backyard, so needed to regrade it to direct water away from the house and garage and make it more usable. The work took at least 2 months to begin (start dates were pushed back repeatedly without much notice), though once started the work progressed fairly quickly. It looks nice, but only partially accomplished the primary goal of preventing water from entering the garage & basement, which is disappointing considering the money we spent on it.
