I called and asked if they restring top down bottom up blinds and they said yes, told me the charge was $20 per spring, and that I could drop them off any time. I was told that it would take about two weeks and it did. I got a phone call informing me that they were finished and ready for pick up. We have re-installed them and they work great and look new. I have quite a few of these type of blinds that are all the same age so I'm sure I will be giving them future business.
