I went in to find a grain-free food and a staff member took the time to go over four or five different brands with me. He listened to my concerns and spilled more knowledge on to me about dog foods that I found very helpful. He also suggested some dog treats that were along the nutritional lines that I was looking for, without me having to read every label.
Their product-base is huge. If there's a food you want, they likely have it, and if they don't, they will order it for you. They will tell you which brands guarantee their foods so that you can bring them back for a refund if you're not satisfied. They even offered a refund policy on an animal probiotic that I wasn't sure I needed. (Keeps your receipts for that.)
Then there are the beds, toys, and accessories. Doting pet owners know what I mean when I say we feel like kids in a candy store. So many fun things to spoil your pet with.

The staff and owner are incredible!!! A must for any pet owner! And their prices are the best!

My wife generally takes our pet there. They've all been great. Otherwise we wouldn't keep going there. I don't know how much my wife spent the last time she went there. The ownership is great. We will use their services again in the future.

The staff knows their products. My dog had some digestive issues and he had to go through a few different diets before figuring what worked for him. Ultimately with April's recommendation I found products that worked for my pet and I believe this is the best local pet retail store in the area. Oh, and prices on bully sticks for dogs? VERY reasonable.

April is awesome. She know's our name and dogs and have helped us with making sure we get the right food for our dogs. one of our dogs have seizures which could be related to wheat products and the majority of dog food on the market contains wheat. Dogs digestive system is not designed to absorbed wheat, so April has been so help to us in finding the right food to help with our dog seizures and I'm happy to report we've only had one seizure since changing foods, which is a drastic decrease compared when we thought we were using the best dog food such as science diet. April is highly knowledge about pet products and superior customer service.

The girl who runs the business runs it with the help of her mom. She supplies pet food, toys of all kinds and other such things. She is just so accommodating that she'll order anything for you. She is really nice. You can take the dogs in. She has Christmas paraphernalia for the dogs. She orders special dog food for me. I paid about $45 each for two 20 pound bags of pet food.
