Delivered on time, flowers in great condition and looked as requested.

Every one was very professional and curtious. They were very nice on the phone and asked questions just to make sure they got the order right.

Wonderful - the order was taken over the phone and the arrangement looked beautiful. We have called several times and sent arrangements to friends and family and have always had courteous people help us.

After discussing in length with the florist regarding flowers, type of arrangement, price, etc. we were confident we had crossed all our bridges. The arrangement arrived with different flowers than ordered and was an embarrassment. The flowers were not only a different type but a different color. I called the florist the next day to thank her for her help and asked if there had been a misunderstanding on the flower choice. She denied ever hearing us say what type of flowers we wanted and stated they used these as they were easier to work with and cheaper. Price was never an issue with us. She was very defensive but did at the end ask what she could do. We simply told her to pay more attention to detail in the future to prevent such mix ups.

They do great with phone orders. They are very convenient and trustworthy. I tell them exactly what I want sometimes and they make it so beautiful. If I don t know what I want, they always come up with something that I like.
