He installed a new garbage disposal. I purchased the new disposal not knowing there are different sizes. The one I purchased was smaller than the original so when it was installed the drain pipe was wrenched which caused my kitchen sink drain pipe to leak. He should have recognized the disposal was the wrong size. When I notified him of the problem he said "I did not touch the sink drain". Also, he failed to knock-out the place that connected to the dishwasher, so my dishwasher would not drain. I sent photos but received no reply as to fixing the problem. He said he would have to order parts for the dripping faucets. Also, he wanted me to pay him personally $800 to complete the job. He said he fixed the bathroom sink drain, but actually did nothing. I contacted Angi with the complaint, but they only said they would give me 50% credit on my next service and would not let Mr. Depew bid on any future plumbing issues I have. When I questioned the promise of satisfaction guarantee that is advertised, I received no reply. This "service" has cost me the original Angi charge and the cost of a garbage disposal that must now be replaced with the correct size.
