This was a last minute request to Berry Express.
I had hired another courier to perform this duty previously and they decided they didn't want to complete it when they saw the flowers.
John listened to my needs and asked good questions. He had me fax over the specific details of the delivery with contact phone numbers and names at each site where the items were being picked up and delivered.
He gave me an approximate time frame that they would get the flowers picked up so I could let the person meeting them at the pick up site know.
John called me when the delivery was complete and the job was done. The invoice for their services also detailed who signed for the
delivery at the final destination.
I have used another courier for 5 years (with mediocre service at best).
I am switching to Berry Express after this positive experience for all of my courier needs.
