Originally purchased a Groupon for cleaning of gutters for $79. Contacted Brandon by phone in early September and scheduled an appointment for September 19. No one showed up and I called and spoke with Brandon and rescheduled for either 9/24 or 9/25. No one showed up. We called and spoke with Brandon two more times and left several other messages in October and November. We even left the Groupon on our front door for two weeks after requesting they stop by when it worked for their schedule instead of depending on us being available to provide the Groupon. The work was never completed. During the various phone calls, Brandon advised how busy they were, he told us about scheduling others' appointments so he couldn't fit us in and that he wished he never had worked with Groupon. All that being said, we expected to receive the service for which we paid and the courtesy of a phone call from them to reschedule when they were unable to complete the work as scheduled.
