The woman who calls back when you leave a message is RUDEST, NASTIEST person. When idiot repair came out he gave me a quote. I said I need to wait because repairs were going to be $300 and it would take them 3 weeks to get the part. I tried another avenue that didn't work out. I called back and it was slightly over the 30 days. They told me I would have to pay the service charge again and even if it wasn't over the 30 days I would still need a service call because they fired the original guy who came out to my house. What in case something changed? The washer is still in my laundry room. What would have changed? Seriously? Way to stand behind your work guys.
The only reason I used them is because they worked on the brand. When I first called them the woman was nasty and I decided not to make and appointment. I looked around but no one else worked on the brand so, I had no other option but to call them.
If you have ANY other option to go with for service (like your nephew who is good at legos might have more knowledge) please do so. You'll be much happier.

The service was under warranty so there was no cost. My wife dealt with the repairman. He walked through everything with her. He explained what she may have needed to do should this type of thing happen again in the future. He arrived when he was supposed to be there. The guy was very professional and you could tell that he deals with a lot of people.

They were excellent, prompt and everything works when they leave; I don't have to call them back within an hour because they did not do something right. They are friendly and the guy, Tim, is a really hard worker. Their pricing is fair.

Called dispatched when my frig was making a horrible noise instead the normal sound it usually makes after closing the door. They made an appointment for later the same day (wonderful!), and the technician called to see if he could come early when he was finished with a previous job ahead of schedule. He checked the fans in the frig area and freezer area, dissassembled the filter cover and checked the motor in the frig, then found that I had a bag of frozen stuff impinging on the fan in the freezer. He completed re-assembling everything, cleaned the filters (and showed me what I should be doing for routine maintenance), and charged me the basic service call fee. He tried to not make me feel like too much of a moron.

I called on Monday and was told technician would call on Tuesday with a 2-hour window in which he would report. I received call Tuesday morning (approximately 7:45 am) and was told he would report between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He arrived at 8:35 am. Tim started the washer and stated (within 2 seconds) a coupling was broken ($25.00 part). He repaired the washer in about 20 minutes and put everything back that he had moved. Clean, prompt, courteous.

The repair went very well, the service interaction with the office staff with good too. Even though I wasn't promised an early call, they worked me into the schedule early enough for me to get to work on time that afternoon. I would use them again for anything they are willing to try to fix.

Called on Wednesday for an appointment. Was told the technician would call on Thursday morning between 7:30 and 8:00 to give an estimate of when he would arrive for service call. He called at 7:40 and said he would arrive between 9:30 and 11:00. He arrived at 9:55. I had already determined the defrost timer was working correctly, but got conflicting results when trying to test further. Explained what I had done, which the tech quickly verified. He then determined the terminator was defective and replaced it. The charge for the part was within a couple of $ of the best price on the internet. When I scheduled the appointment I was told the labor charge is $65 for the first 1/2 hour, since this repair was completed in less than 1/2 hour, that was the extent of the charges.
