so far so good

The initial issues should have told me that this company was not very professional. I talked to the salesman and asked him to come out and then send me a quote, I waited 2 weeks and had to call him to get him to send me the quote, he told me he sent it but ended up finding it on his desk. Finally got the quote and agreed to have the work done, I was told they would be out at the end of the next week, that did not happen, they finally showed up 2 weeks late. That was the least of the issues, when they finally did the work they damaged my new metal roof and did not tell me. I noticed the issue and immediately called the salesman who denied that they had done anything, to that I said it was not that way before they came so it must have been them. I then told him that he could come and look at the issue, he never showed, so I took photos and was refusing to pay. Over the next few weeks we would continue to get bills from the company asking for payment. I called again and talked with the salesman and said I was going to have my roof person fix the problem and they would have to pay that bill, got no real response and I told him he could come and inspect the damages and again he did not show. A couple more weeks pass and the salesman shows up at our house with out calling and tells my wife that they are going to put a lean on our house if we do not pay. I then try to contact the owner of the company sending him photos and telling him all of our issues, two emails no response, but I was told he really cared about his customers, by the response I got I would say that is not the case. In the end we finally payed the bill minus our repair fee, but to top it all off the gutter they replaced that was leaking in one spot now leaks in two.

When I called them on a Thursday morning to see if I could get my gutter replaced, they told me that they couldn't get to me until the early part of the following week. It was a surprise to my wife and I when they showed up the next morning! We were both home but they didn't realize that so they just started working on putting up a new gutter, which was fine by me. They were very fast, very professional and the price was PERFECT! I'm going to use them again when we have our roof done! I've also given them at least two referrals.
