John was professional and completed the work as and when promised. He identified the materials used for my future reference. It was a small job but I wanted it handled well, so I appreciated that he took the time to do the job.

John was a very courteous and meticulous individual. He removed the casement window sills and misc. rotten trim boards, rebuilt the window sills or replaced them with new and replaced misc trim. He estimated on a time and materials basis (which could of been kind of sticky) but kept us in the loop on his progress and how far along he was in relation the the estimate that he provided us. His communication was excellent. He was expensive but gave us exactly what he promised.
